If you are considering your next step in your career and are a young working professional, then the YTP is for you. At the time of the YTP Assessment Boot Camp, you must have under 2 years of full-time work experience.
Every year we welcome highly gifted, extremely motivated participants from a diverse range of academic disciplines, including engineering, business administration, economics, science and the humanities. Each participant is connected by a desire to have a positive impact on the world.
