A truly global experience
Global challenges need broad perspectives. At IESE you will pursue a curriculum with integrated global content. And you will have the chance to experience how business is done across five continents.
You also learn from the interchange of perspectives and experiences with your classmates – an international community of young professionals from more than 50 countries and a broad diversity of sectors. And you will have the support of a world-class, international faculty.
It’s an interconnected world. Gain the global insights and the experience to lead in it.
THE CASE METHOD
How do you approach business problems? How do you reconcile different perspectives? What’s the best course of action? How can you persuade others? These are some of the core skills in any leadership role in business.
The case method puts you in the position of the decision-maker. Working in small teams, you analyze business problems and create workable solutions. And you’ll be expected to defend your decisions.
During your MBA, you’ll be exposed to more than 600 real-life global business cases, with one common denominator: the need for a decision. So the question is, what will you do?
Top international faculty
At IESE you will have open-door access to some of the finest minds in business. With PhDs from many of the world’s leading schools and deep global business experience, IESE professors are at the forefront of business innovation.
Faculty expertise is built on deep experience – in consultancy, within boards or at the helm of their own enterprises.
Our professors teach at IESE campuses and centers all over the world; across borders and cultures, and across the full spread of our program portfolio.

A PLAYFUL APPROACH TO SERIOUS LEARNING: SIMULATIONS

Simulations are innovative and powerful learning experiences that put you in the shoes of a CEO, CFO, or senior decision-maker and challenge you really put what you’ve learnt to the test in an immersive, simulated business scenario.
Over the course of your MBA you’ll have the chance to experience simulations that range from scrum simulation with the lean Lego Game to the Executive Simulation (EXSIM): an intense, immersive five-day “call of duty” that sees you take on a C-Suite role in an industrial company. You will work in a team to prepare strategy for each “trimester” that touch every function of your business. And you’ll be evaluated on your ability to deliver results on a quarterly basis and to satisfy your stakeholders’ interests.
