THE GENERAL MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE
All of our programs take an integrative, long-term approach to business and organizations. You will understand business from a general management vantage point, gaining deep insight into how the different and complementary functions of a company work together.
You’ll be exposed to active learning methodology – simulations and the case method – which will help you see the big picture, as you explore new approaches and perspectives to real-life business problems from all over the world.

A business education in two of the world’s largest languages gives you a unique advantage and fresh perspectives on international business. When you do your MBA at IESE you will be exposed to a breadth opportunities to become fluent in Spanish:

To obtain the bilingual MBA diploma, in your second year you will need to:
- Non-native speakers of Spanish need to pass the highest module of the Business Spanish Program (passing the Program grants students the DIEN level B2 CEFR).
- Native Spanish-speaking students need to communicate their desire to graduate with the bilingual MBA diploma title by March 31st of their second year MBA.
The Business Spanish Program is designed specifically for IESE MBA students. The goal is to empower you to engage fluently in a variety of business situations.
The program starts in August of your first year with intensive classes and continues across your first and second year. You choose how far you wish to take it. You don’t need any previous knowledge of the language.
